Muthukumar has extensive experience in all financial products, particularly in industrial and mortgage loans. Muthukumar graduated from PSG College of Technology in Electrical Engineering in 1981 and then completed a Diploma in Business Administration. He worked as a process maintenance engineer in a textile processing firm before joining Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation (TIIC) and served there for the past 25 years. He has a wide range of experience in project financing, NPA management, etc.

Dr.Chinnia Subramanian,Director

Subramanian is a professional engineer working as the R&D Director in a private company in Canada. He has a wide range of experience in research, consulting and teaching in Australia and Canada in both academia and industry. He has published over 100 papers, 3 books and 4 patents in the area of metallurgy and materials engineering. He obtained BE (Honours) in Metallurgy from PSG College of Technology, ME from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, PhD from University of Melbourne, Australia and MBA from Richard Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada. He is passionate about Indian business opportunities with a social cause.

Dr.R.Balakrishnan, Director

Dr.R.Balakrishnan retired as Executive Director of NABARD with major contributions in the fields of microfinance, watershed development, promotion of micro enterprises and innovations both at policy and management. He was part of the team which pioneered SHG-Bank linkage programme in India. He also served as Director, School of Management, VLBJCET, Coimbatore for two years. He earned his doctorate from the University of Lucknow. He has undergone a Course on Development Banking and Financial Management - University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. His path breaking book Supply Chain Management for Indian Agriculture published by Indian Merchants Chamber, Mumbai is endorsed by Prof. CK Prahalad. He has presented papers in international seminars. He was a director of MCX and several other financial institutions. He is CFO of Metayage Strategic IP Partners LLP, Bangalore. He has travelled widely and has international exposure in several areas of project and financial management. He has a scientific temperament having completed his PG course Radiological Physics in BARC, Mumbai and having worked in their Computer Division.
